There are some queries given below by which you can get the information regarding your oracle application instance:

Query to find Oracle Apps Database Version
SELECT VERSION FROM V$INSTANCE ;

Query to find host name of Oracle Apps Instance
SELECT HOST_NAME FROM V$INSTANCE;

Query to find Oracle Apps Instance Version
SELECT RELEASE_NAME FROM FND_PRODUCT_GROUPS;

Query to find Oracle Apps Instance Name
SELECT INSTANCE_NAME FROM V$INSTANCE;
