ERROR There Are No Valid Navigations For This Responsibility

 Error:

When attempting to access "User Management" responsibility we got following error.

There are no valid navigations for this responsibility

Reason:

'Security Administrator' and 'Customer Administrator' Role privilege missing for the user. Security Administrators manages all user accounts in the system, and can assign / revoke all roles.
Hence in order to access "User Management" Responsibility, a user needs to have inherit the Security Administrator Role.

Solutions:

Assign the above two role privilege to the user.

Navigation:
Sysadmin --> User Management -->  Users

Enter user name and click on GO button.

 Click on Update button.

Click on Assign Roles

Enter 'Security Administrator' and click on go. Check this role and click on Select button.

Enter Justification and click on save button.

In the same way we have to assign the 'Customer Administrator' role also.

Click on Assign Role

Enter Customer Administrator role and click on go. Check this role and click on select button.

Enter Justification and click on save button.

Click on Apply button.

Now we are able to access the User Management Responsibility.EO
